You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for resale or redistribution in any form without prior written consent from Web Templates Gallery. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other party without prior written consent from Web Templates Gallery.

If you are a web developer you are free to use the web templates in the design of your client websites. In addition, you are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your particular design and development purposes.

However the templates may not be resold, showcased, or redistributed in any sort of collection without prior consent from Web Templates Gallery. Please contact us for further information about web template usage for professional web developers.

Please note that our web templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing the website's content (e.g. images, pictures, icons and text). You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All product designs remain the sole property of Web Templates Gallery. In no event shall Web Templates Gallery be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use, or of the inability to use, a purchased web template.

Since Web Templates Gallery is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, or sent to you via e-mail link. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement between the concerned parties. The deadline for any refund in any such relevant claim is one week after the delivery date.
